生产计划和调度 Production planning and scheduling


来自ERP的销售订单或销售计划,导入到CubeMES系统作为MES的生产任务。也可以通过Excel文件批量导入生产任务。CubeMES系统基于生产任务自动创建生产工单(Manufacture Oder, MO),以及工序单(WO)。

车间调度人员,根据MO单要求的完工时间、物料齐套、产能情况等,调度MO的开始日期、负责产线、负责人等。车间调度时候,可以查看各个产线、工人的负荷情况。包括已分配订单数量、未完工订单数量,已分配工时数量,未完工工时数量等。

CubeERP模块,或者别的ERP系统,或者Excel批量导入销售订单及销售预测计划,CubeMES系统自动创建生产任务表。车间调度人员根据生产任务要求的完工日期、齐套情况等,确定生产任务何时下达生产。

生产任务下达时,CubeMES系统根据生产任务包含的产品BoM、工艺路线,自动创建生产任务对应的生产任务单(Manufacture Order, MO)。MO单对应生产任务要求交付的产成品/半成品。如果生产任务要交付的产成品/半成品的由若干个部件构成(对应多层BoM),MES系统自动为部件生产创建子MO单。
When a production task is issued, the CubeMES system automatically creates a Manufacture Order (MO) corresponding to the production task according to the product BoM and process route contained in the production task. 如果生产任务要求交付的产成品/半成品、部件生产由多道工序构成,MES系统为每道工序自动创建工序单(Work Order, WO)。工序中可以包含多个工步。产品/半成品/部件生产包含的工序、工步,在对应的工艺路线中定义。
If the production task requires the delivery of finished products/semi-finished products and components consisting of multiple processes, the MES system automatically creates a Work Order (WO) for each process. 工序的定义方法:产品/半成品/部件生产过程中,同一个岗位连续完成的工作,通常定义为一道工序,该工序中的操作步骤,通常定义为工步。工序可以是一个人完成,也可以是一个班组完成。如果是调试类别的生产任务,MES系统自动创建调试生产工单,及调试工序单。

生产工单(MO)及子MO单由生产任务转换而来,车间调度人员在调度MO之前,通常需要对MO做齐套确认。齐套确认内容主要包括该MO单需要的物料满足情况,以及需要的产能满足情况。

生产工单调度应用介绍 Introduction to the application of production work order scheduling


CubeMES系统自带库存管理功能,可以直接用Odoo MES管理仓库入库出库、生产领料等,也可以只用CubeMES的库存管理功能管理车间线边库(此种情况生产领料在别的系统操作,料领到车间后,在CubeMES系统中入库到线边仓)。MO单通过检查线边库存数量,判断MO单需要的物料是否齐套,或者部分齐套,以及物料缺口数量。

工序调度应用介绍 Introduction to the application of process scheduling


系统按工作中心显示各个工作中心分配的工序单情况, 系统也显示工作中心的OEE数据(设备综合效率)、负载数据等。
The system displays the process orders assigned by each work center by work center, and the system also displays the OEE data (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and load data of the work center.

工作中心可以是一个车间、一条产线、一个工作台、一个工位、一个班组。根据管理希望达成的精细度,合理定义工作中心。

在工序单一览画面,可以查看各个MO单的情况。包括工作中心、计划开始/结束时间,实际开始/结束时间,计划工时,实际工时,MO单状态(等待、进行中、阻塞、完成等)
On the Process List screen, you can view the status of each MO order. Includes Work Center, Planned Start/End Time, Actual Start/End Time, Planned Work, Actual Work, MO Order Status (Waiting, In Progress, Blocked, Complete, etc.)

工序单排产界面,可以拖动MO单调整开始、结束时间、工期、工作中心/产线、负责人或者负责班组。如此,各个工序负责人登录系统,在车间平板上,可以看到自己当天需要完成的工序单。车间负责人点选工序单,开始生产,并在该工序单上记录现场生产数据。
On the process order scheduling interface, you can drag the MO sheet to adjust the start, end time, duration, work center/production line, person in charge or responsible team. In this way, the person in charge of each process logs in to the system, and on the workshop tablet, he can see the process list that he needs to complete on the day. The person in charge of the workshop clicks on the process list, starts production, and records the on-site production data on the process sheet.

返工/维修管理应用介绍 Introduction to the Rework/Repair Management application


如果是返工/维修的生产任务单,或者车间质检退回返修的工件,MES系统中可以创建维修MO单。维修MO单上可以增加、删除、替换零部件。

MES系统自动记录各个产线、班组或个人的计时数量、计件数量。包括已分配MO单的计划工时,已完成MO单的实际工时,未完成MO单的计划工时。已分配MO单的计件数量,已完成MO单的计件数量等,未完成MO单的计件数量
